DELIVERY

We ship internationally. Shipping time may vary depending on the location. FedEx/TNT handles all shipments. Please note that there might be duties/customs/local taxes applicable on the delivery to your country and you will be responsible for payment (if any).

Customs duties do not apply to US and EU customers. We are shipping Babbit sound system from the EU, Riga, Latvia.

RETURNS

When you're happy, we're delighted! So we will do our best to ensure a positive Babbit experience for your family. However, if there is any reason you would like to return it, please email us to returns@mybabbit.com. Within 14 days from the purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Although we are pretty sure you and your kids will LOVE Babbit. 

To return to Babbit

1. Please notify Babbit and Friends Ltd. of the return by email to returns@mybabbit.com before returning the item. Don't forget to mention your name and order number in the email for fast handling.

2. Put your Babbit in its original packaging (including the cards, stickers and documentation) in a shipping box, along with a note mentioning: your order number and your name. Please make sure it is packed adequately to prevent damage during shipping (we do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit). Mail the parcel to us using a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

3. The shipping cost is paid by the customer who is also responsible for the product until Babbit and Friends Ltd. receives it.

4. Once we receive your parcel, we will carefully inspect the product.
